Sara Deola received her Phd and MD from the University of Milan, performed research at the NIH (Bethesda, US), and clinical work in the field of Hematology and Bone Marrow Transplant in Milan, Hospital San Raffaele, and Bolzano, General Hospital, where she is currently working. She is Adjunct Assistant Professor of Biomedical Science at the Pope John Paul II Institute for Studies on Marriage and Family.
